We offer both one-time orders and subscription services. You can choose your delivery days, time slots, and products. Our milkmen deliver fresh products in sustainable packaging.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to select areas in Manchester and surrounding regions. Use our postcode checker to see if we deliver to your area.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose between one-time orders or set up a subscription for regular deliveries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards through Stripe for secure online payments, and cash on delivery for your convenience.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. For subscriptions, you can pause or modify your delivery schedule anytime.
Delivery
What are your delivery times?
We offer morning deliveries (6 AM - 10 AM) and evening deliveries (6 PM - 10 PM). You can choose your preferred time slot during checkout.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our milkmen will leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbor if you've specified one. We'll send you a notification when your order has been delivered.
Do you deliver in all weather conditions?
We deliver in most weather conditions, but for safety reasons, we may delay deliveries during severe weather. We'll notify you of any delays.
Sustainability
How do you reduce plastic waste?
We use glass bottles for milk, paper bags for bread, and reusable containers for other products. We also offer a bottle return scheme for glass containers.
Where do your products come from?
We source our products from local farms and suppliers within 50 miles of Manchester, ensuring freshness and supporting the local economy.
Do you offer organic products?
Yes, we offer a wide range of organic products including organic milk, eggs, and seasonal vegetables from certified organic farms.
